I’m a Product UX Manager with 20+ years of experience designing intuitive, data-driven digital products across aviation, finance, real estate, and global consumer brands. At ARC, I led the UX team in building the airline industry’s most advanced analytics tools—turning complex data into clear, actionable insights through discovery, workflow mapping, prototyping, and iterative testing. My work includes UX leadership for the Delta–Northwest merger, an award-winning financial design system for Freddie Mac, major conversion gains at Rockefeller Center, biometrics innovation at Capital One, and luxury real estate experience design for Amaris at The Wharf. I’ve also delivered digital solutions for Volkswagen, Hilton, Microsoft, Homeland Security, and Colgate-Palmolive.
